John focuses his work with small-to-midsize 

nonprofit clients who have arrived a a plateau 

in their fundraising.  Often, these organizations

are led by founder Executive Directors and

boards eager to take their work to the next level.

He began his development career at the Natural History Museum

of Los Angeles County in 2000 and went on to lead as 

Director of Development at Orange County Museum of Art.

As an independent consultant for over two decades, John

has marveled at the passion and depth of commitment of his clients

and is thrilled to help them to tweak their marketing and stewardship, 

in order to broaden their base of support and build for the future.
